What is your turnaround time?
We do our best to fulfill and ship orders out within 5-7 business days, sometimes sooner. Please note custom signs can be a minimum 10 business days. Also, turnaround times may be longer during the holidays and can also depend on current production schedule.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
All sales are final, we do not accept returns or exchanges and all sales are final. However, if there is an issue with your order, please reach out to us directly via email at palma.creativeco@gmail.com
Do you provide a proof before shipping out any products?
We do not provide any physical proofs. All custom orders will be provided with a digital proof for approval to complete order.
Do you create custom items?
Yes, we do. Please reach out to us and we would be happy to work with you on a custom item or design. Please note a design fee may apply depending on the complexity of the item and or design.
Are you able to engrave or cut my logo?
Yes, we will require all logos to be send in black and white and preferably in SVG format. We will accept PNG files as well but can’t guarantee it will trace accurately.
Do you only ship or do you offer local pick up?
We ship nationwide and also offer local pick up in Goodyear, AZ. Please select the local pick up option at checkout. An email with the address and pick up instructions will be emailed to you when your order is ready.
I noticed an imperfection on my finished good. Why is that?
Each sheet of wood is different and may have imperfections such as knots, slight roughness, grain patterns or differences in color. No two pieces of wood are the same.
